We will make it as easy as possible for you to rent out your holiday home and to achieve the highest possible occupancy/rental yield.
*This deposit in non-refundable and exchange should take place in within 6 weeks. The deposit will only be refunded if the following circumstances arise:
- You are advised by your legal representative that a significant and irresolvable defect in the title exists.
- You are advised by your appointed surveyor of significant structural issues.
